Das Entwurfsgebiet liegt in Cosenza/Italien nahe dem Stadtzentrum, es weist hauptsächlich Wohn – und Gewerbenutzungen auf.
Mein Entwurfsprinzip ist: Den Bestand an Gebäuden und vorhandenen Wegen möglichst zu erhalten, sie in die Neuplanung zu integrieren - eine authentische Stadterweiterung zu schaffen.

The planning area is near the center of the town Cosenza/Italy. The area mainly featuresresidential and industrial buildings. The principle of my planning is: trying to sustain mostly of the existing buildings and streets, integrate them into the new planning area – to create an authentic town expansion.
