Konzept

Die Gebäudestruktur entwickelt sich aus gleichen Modulen. Das Systen aus Straßen, Höfen und Blöcken nimmt die Maßstäblichkeit der bestehenden Baustruktur des umliegenden Gebiets auf. Die Erschließungsstruktur und die Verkehrsführung verfolgen ein klares lineares System.
